High Pressure Relief Valves
Posted on September 16th, 2015 by RWM AdminAdjustable from 2,500 psi to 25,000 psi standard service.
Relief valves are commonly used in hydraulic control circuits to eliminate excess pressure beyond preset limits. If pumps, regulators or other devices malfunction, hydraulic relief valves will protect your circuit against overpressure. This valve will also release minor daily pressure fluctuations due to thermal expansion of hydraulic fluids. Turning the adjusting screw clockwise will increase the relief valve pressure setting. Rotating the adjusting screw counterclockwise will decrease the relief valve pressure setting.
