Completing the Repair Return Form will enable our technicians to better diagnose problems and perform repairs more efficiently. If you are shipping an item via carrier, please make sure to include the shipping information on the form. For items that are being dropped off by the customer, please ensure that the form is completed prior to the drop-off. When dropping off the items, please hand the completed form to a Lorimer employee.
